Hi, I’m Lloyd W.

Lloyd was smitten by solar when he attended DOE’s first solar decathlon as a casual observer. His first project was development of “green—collar” training curricula that would later receive recognition from the EPA Administrator. Lloyd has experience working across multiple industries providing financing,
compliance and advisory services. His engagements include providing due diligence on securitizations and structured finance transactions for major firms such as Bear Stearns, Criimi Mae, GMAC-RFC, Goldman Sachs and governmental entities including SBA, FDIC, and HUD. On the compliance side, Lloyd has taken 2 large non-profits through the accreditation process and performed a SOX audit on a major defense contractor. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and the David A. Clarke School of Law.

Hi, I’m Damian W.
Director of Compliance
He brings 18 years of combined experience in sales, insurance, banking, and security to the Colby Solar manufacturing and distribution network. In his role, he acquires and retains business relations with clients, maintains industry standards regarding company documentation, application, and registration as well as communicates company agendas to management and executive teams. The primary directive for Damian at Colby Solar is to ensure the responsible growth and development of our company into a sustainable solar company that is an anchor for not only the industry but for the community it resides in. I studied at Tuskegee University and worked my first job when I was 14 years old at McDonald’s. Having the ability to work at a young age gave me focus and clarity. I see Colby Solar offering that opportunity today in one of the most budding industries in the world. The Colby Solar team and I are ready and willing to give this new emerging market the support it needs to further grow the opportunities our local community has to offer its civilians that are creative, positive, and productive.
